Andy Willmott
> Managing Director, Art Director

Between 1999 - 2004 Andy co-founded and built Sydneys foremost and longest running weekly Sunday dance music festival, Sounds On Sunday. Established in North Sydney 8 years ago and still going strong, it broke the mould on what people thought of a Sunday afternoon party and in its peak attracted over 1300 people on an average week. It has played host to some of Australia and the worlds biggest dance music producers & Dj's. Acting as onsite event manager and general manager, he coordinated all aspects of talent & event management, sponsorships, promotions, advertising, marketing, venue management and audio/visual production.
Between 2004 - 2006 Andy worked as a marketing manager for the Ford Motor Company Australia, and focussed efforts on increasing retail sales through marketing efforts in their western region.
His diversification into the print & design services side of the industry in 2006 was facilitiated by a collaboration with Michael Augusto (Outsource Production Manager), who brings to the table over 13 years of expertise in all aspects of print production.
Since then Andy has been the driving force behind what is now one of Sydneys most popular budget priced print & design bureaus, using contacts he has developed over the years to build a client list of the who's who of the entertainment and events industries including the likes of Ministry Of Sound, Universal Music, Inthemix, Fuzzy Marketing (Parklife & Field Day), Central Station Records, Home Nightclub, Paul Strange Presents, Coogee Bay Hotel, Merivale (Jam Music/Slip Inn/Chinese Laundry/Good Vibrations), Friction (Canberras foremost events company), Sounds Group (We Love Sounds), plus many more.
Andy has recently directed his attention to expand the client base into a range of corporate sectors, and further grow the in-house graphic design studio and website design services.

Kristen Barling

Besides her beautiful smiling face, Kristen brings to the company years of sales and customer support experience from Telstra.
She has been with Outsource for over a year now and she truly runs the show!
If you need something done, she's the one you want to speak to. She cares about her clients and will do ANYTHING for them... well almost anything.

Michael Augusto
> Production Manager, Estimator

Michael brings with him the experience of managing millions of dollars worth of printing each year stretching over a 13 year career working with various factories and print suppliers across Sydney.
As acting production manager for Outsource, over the last few years he has shown there is virtually nothing he cannot print or produce.
Michael can touch and smell a piece of paper and tell you things about it your wouldnt have imagined. He loves his printing !

Jono Mifsud
> Head Graphic Designer

Jono is our resident designer, he also comes from a background in the events industry and really knows his stuff.
He's the one you will always find burning the midnight oil to meet your design deadlines.

Production Staff and Specialists.
> All the real work.

We rely on a team of busy bees to keep the press running and produce all our products.
It is impossible to produce every imaginable type of prduct or finishing and binding services under 1 roof, so what we can't produce on our in-house HP Indigo Press, and HP 5000 wide format printers, we rely on a very tight network of expert industry suppliers who work seamlessly with our production staff to produce virtually anything in print that you can imagine !
